White Sheep Gaming LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to the Dem Gem Cats app (hereby referred to as “Game”) for mobile devices that was created by White Sheep Gaming LLC as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Game provides users the opportunity to watch ads and be rewarded with in-game currency (Radiant Treats: RT). This opportunity is provided with an option to turn all future opportunities off. This option may be toggled in the preference screen, which is reached via the setup screen. OS information gathered by the Game is used to provide proper connections to the Google Play or Apple stores for in-game purchases and ads. This information is not saved and is checked every time the Game is run. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users. Any information that might be collected (e.g. through ads) is handled by third parties. Ads are provided by AdMob and are set to a G rating.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game may display ads provided by third-party services. These services may collect and use anonymous data about your interaction with the ads to improve their services. 4. Children’s Privacy
Our Game is intended for users of all ages and is rated G. We do not knowingly, collect personal data from children under the age of 13. 5. Data Security
Your information is never gathered or stored by the Game outside of score and selection options chosen. Permissions for mic, camera, or calls, should never be requested. If they are, please note if an ad is/was recently provided and notify White Sheep Gaming LLC immediately. In the case of legal proceedings, White Sheep Gaming LLC will cooperate with authorities, such as complying with subpoenas or government request.
